Seriously, what is wrong with people? How difficult is it to just extend common courtesy to your fellow people or not throw smoldering cigarette butts out your window...especially during drought conditions??
We know better than this...and if your mom saw you doing it, she would totally give you that look, spank you and/or send you to time out.
C'mon. Let's get our act together, shall we? If not, you might find yourself with a nice award.
